I came in for an alignment but did not get the service. They inspected my Mustang and noticed I needed to replace my ball joints. I knew they were getting close because I have noticed a little play in my front end and every once in awhile a couple of pops. Adam called me back to take a look at what they found. I was surprised, I have never had a mechanic let me actually come back and show me what was wrong. I have to admit I really respect a shop that will let the customer see what is wrong. Short story on another shop I went too,not saying any names but I was just there for a simple oil change. I do almost all of my own work on my cars so I know everything usually going on. I hear my name called so I go to the counter. Mr. Simmons got some bad news you have a busted oil pan. Really,let me take a look at it...No sir,you can't do that,we do not let any customers in the shop...I said,Ok,I will take my car and check it out. They say it's very bad we don't recommend you driving it but we can fix it for about $1,000.00. No thanks. I get home jack it up looks good as new...so I really respect a shop that lets you look at the problem. I will be putting new control arms on my Mustang and then I will go back to Tony's for an alignment. I will update this more after the work. Thanks for being honest guys.

Brought it in for tires and alignment. Good price on tires but they found over 2500 dollars worth of issues with my front end so they recommended I not get it aligned until I fix the issues. The truck is an older model. Not sure it is worth that kind of money. Will take it somewhere else to see about fixing.

I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled appointment and they took my car back right away. They were thorough and periodically let me know how much longer it would be to complete the service. The explanation of the problems were perfect and simple to understand. Friendly and fast, excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
