Louisville auto repair

This shop was kind, courteous, and professional. I was traveling from out of town and started to experience brake issues right as I came into louisville. Based on good Google reviews, I called and they were able to look at it the next day. They identified the issue but the part was not in stock and I would have to wait 5-6 days for them to get it. This would have cost me hundreds more as I would have to extend my stay in the city by a couple extra days. I called the local dealer service center and they had the part in stock and were able to get me fixed up the same day $150 less expensive than Tony's quoted.

I stopped in because I needed my brakes checked, and I knew they had been in business for a long time. I was not disappointed! I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and thoroughness. This was the first time in my life I have been to a shop where they did not try to upsell me on anything. Honest, hard-working people. Not easy to come by in this day and time. I would highly recommend them.

Joe the service advisor got me in quickly for an appointment. The alignment Tech get a great job on my front end. Was impressed that when they found any other issues they don't try to force you into doing something with it they let the customer decide. Honest and fair place to do business with.
